Note: until 1935/36, no Slovak team played in the Czechoslovak (professional, state) league. Between 1925 and 1933 the amateur federation ČSAF organised a regional final between the champions of its two member federations, the ČSF (Slovak) and the MLSz (Hungarian), which both qualified for the tournament for the Czechoslovak amateur championship, together with several other regional champions (those of the Bohemian provinces, of Moravia, and of the German community).
