Promoted: ASFA (Dakar), Police (Dakar) 

ASC Linguère were relegated after their protest against their defeat
against CSS in one of the early rounds, which originally had been upheld,
was rejected on appeal after the end of the season.  Because of this, CSS
apparently held their place, and ESO were relegated instead.
