In 2000, Levadia also obtained second level FC Maardu (formally a different entity, and previously named KSK Vigri Tartu) as 'second' team; they also earned promotion to the top flight at the end of 2000, and were renamed Levadia Tallinn for 2001. Before the 2004 season, Levadia Tallinn sold its top level license to JK Merkuur Tartu; Levadia Maardu were then renamed Levadia Tallinn and the former Levadia Tallinn were renamed Levadia II Tallinn, buying the second level license of Sörve JK; after these transactions, Levadia and Levadia II Tallinn are part of the same entity. In 2017 Levadia merged with Infonet Tallinn, becoming FCI Levadia; the Estonian FA considers this new club as the continuation of historic Levadia and attributes all honours to this new entity. For practical reasons we indicate, in the above list of finals, the two teams as Levadia Tallinn (i.e., the club called Olimp Maardu until 1998, Levadia Maardu until 2004, and FCI Levadia since 2018) and Levadia Tallinn (old) (i.e., the club called FC Maardu until 2000 and transformed into the reserve side of Levadia Tallinn in 2004). Number of League-and-Cup Doubles (13) NB: until 1997/98, league and cup season both followed a fall-spring rhythm, but since 1998, the league follows a calendar year season; therefore, considering qualification for UEFA's club tournaments, a league-and-cup double since then would mean winning the cup in the spring following a championship win, which is what was done in the listing below; however, most domestic Super Cup finals above were contested by the winners of both competitions in the same calendar year, so an additional list of such doubles is also given. 5 FC Flora Tallinn [1994/95, 1997/98, 2010/11, 2015/16, 2019/20] FC Levadia Tallinn [1999/00, 2004/05, 2006/07, 2009/10, 2013/14] [includes 1999/00 double as Levadia Maardu] 1 FC Infonet Tallinn [2016/17] FC Norma Tallinn [1993/94] TVMK Tallinn [2005/06] NB: additional "calendar year" doubles: 5 FC/FCI Levadia Tallinn [2004, 2007, 2014, 2021, 2024] 1 FC Flora Tallinn [2011] NB: in four cases the club involved either won the cup in the next season as well (Levadia 2004/05) or the championship in the previous season (Levadia 2006 and 2013, Flora 2010), meaning that these doubles are somehow subsumed by the first list; however, this does not apply to the 2021 and 2024 calendar year doubles of FCI Levadia.
