NB: no extra time played in semifinal between Levski and Vladislav because of darkness;
    replay originally set for Sofia on Oct 13 but following protest by Vladislav moved
    to Varna by the Bulgarian National Sports Federation (BNSF) provided Vladislav or
    the Severobulgarska SF would cover its losses for the originally scheduled Sofia
    replay; eventually, Vladislav and the BNSF failed to reach an agreement and the
    championship was abandoned.
