Forget about trebles as won by for instance PSV (1988, European Champions' Cup, Dutch League, Dutch Cup) and Manchester United (1999, Champions' League, English League, FA Cup) or quintuples as those of Celtic (1967, Champions Cup, Scottish League, Scottish Cup, Scottish League Cup, and the Glasgow Cup), Ajax (1972, Champions Cup, Dutch League, Dutch Cup, Intercontinental Cup, and European Super Cup) and Bayern München (2013, Champions League, German League, German Cup, European Super Cup, and FIFA World Club Cup), or even the sixtuple of Barcelona (2009, Champions League, Spanish League, Spanish Cup, Spanish Super Cup, European Super Cup, and FIFA World Club Cup).
Just after World War I, Linfield FC won seven out of seven possible prizes:
Northern Ireland 1921/22 Champions: Linfield FC Irish Cup: Linfield FC (2-0 Glenavon) Co. Antrim Shield: Linfield FC (4-1 Distillery) Intermediate Cup: Linfield FC New Charity Cup: Linfield FC Gold Cup: Linfield FC City Cup: Linfield FC In the 1961/62 season, Linfield again won 7 trophies but missed out on an eighth one; they won the league championship, the Irish Cup, the Co. Antrim Shield, the Gold Cup, the City Cup, the Ulster Cup and the North-South Cup (a cross-border competition with teams from the Republic) but failed to win the Intermediate Cup (which went to Glentoran).
In 2000/01, Valletta FC came very close in Malta - they could only enter six domestic competitions but won the lot:

In 2006, Ba district in Fiji won all five domestic competitions open to them:
Fiji 2006 Champions: Ba Inter-District Championship: Ba (3-0 Suva) Battle of the Giants: Ba (2-1 Suva) Champions of Champions: Ba (1-0 1-1 Lautoka) Fiji FA Club Tournament: Ba (3-0 Labasa)
