1954/55

B.V.V. started in the amateur structure governed by the K.N.V.B.  In
November  1954, the K.N.V.B. and the rival, professional N.B.V.B.,
which was independently running a 10-club professional league, decided
to merge, and the clubs were regrouped into four semi-professional
"eerste klasses".  At the time of the merger, the situation in the
Eerste Klasse C, where B.V.V. was playing, was as follows:

The winners of the four Eerste Klasses qualified for the championship playoff.
(Note that three of them had been competing in the Eerste Klasse C before
the restructuring!  Those three finished on the first three places as well.)
