Before 1980, only amateur players were allowed to play, and between 1980 and 1988, only players who had not played in World Cup matches (Africa, Asia and Oceania excepted) could play. It is fairly obvious that during these periods, the Thailand olympic team was the same as the Thailand full team. However, after the 1988 Olympics, FIFA decided that the Olympics would be the World under-23 Championship, and the olympic teams would consist of players under the age of 23, plus three over-aged players. For this reason, all matches played by the Thailand Olympic team in any competition are separate from the full team after 1988.

Obviously a large number of matches remain missing, possibly forever, notably
any friendlies from before 1980. Other missing results: several S.E.A. Games
matches, Jakarta Anniversary Tournament, King's Cup, Lion City Cup, Marah
Halim Cup, Merlion Cup, possibly Nehru Cup, Piala Kemerdekaan, President's Gold
Cup, and many minor tournaments.
I have done my best to research these matches, but have only found what is
displayed below. However, I occasionally come across useful info, and for
that reason, I am sure that this list will continue to grow.
This list would be a lot smaller without the following:
