NB: the championship consisted of 2 poules of 5 clubs each, with the top-2 of each poule qualifying for the semifinals; Poule B comprised two clubs from Sint Maarten, the Dutch part of the island (A.R.C. and Shell). Tables (Jun 17, 1970): Poule A 1.Jeunesse 2.Panam 3.Red Star SS 4.Concordia 5.La Flèche Poule B 1.A.R.C. 12 pts 2.Shell 8 3.Dynamo 4.Apollo Stars -.Juniors withdrew NB: poules were to finish by July 14; A.R.C. (Antillian Racing Club) were founded April 1970; both A.R.C. and Shell played in Cul de Sac, the only football field in the Dutch part of the island NB: eventual champions not known, A.R.C. presumably reached at least the semifinals. A.R.C. continued to play in the league of Saint Martin until at least 1973.
