NB: after not organising a league for more than four years, and several earlier
postponements (mid-May the FFSL announced the start for Jun 8), a programme
for the first round was released on Jun 29, with the first match on Jul 4;
however, on Jul 3, one day before the first match, following complaints of
five (!) of the ten intended participating clubs, the start of the league
was once more postponed by a week;
participants are exactly those of the last season in 2021/22;
