 - 101 (out of 340, in 17 groups) of Third Division: 
   - CD Málaga, relegated from Second A to Third (administrative relegation; actually, disappeared in Aug.1992)
   - 14 (out of 15) clubs relegated from Second B. (Fabril excluded as reserve team of Deportivo)
   - top six of each of the 17 groups the previous season (18 had been promoted) 
        (if any of them was a reserve team, its place goes to the next in the table)
 - 2 of the Regional levels: Fuengirola and Villanovense played in Second B the previous season;
