Note 2: Madrid - Moderno was a combinated team formed by (Real) Madrid FC and FC Moderno, which was quarter-finalist in 1904. Note 3: R Racing de Irun (champions 1913) and Sporting Irun merged in 1913 in Real Unión C.Irun, which were champions in three ocasions. They all are presented separetely. Note 4: Real Sociedad includes Club Ciclista (champions 1909) and Vasconia (runners up 1910). In fact, Real Sociedad couldn't inscribe under the current rules, and its players participed using the license of other tiny clubs (i.e., Ciclista was a cycling club)
