9th South Asian Federation Games 2004 (Pakistan)

NB: Tournament originally to be held in Islamabad, Pakistan at the end 
    of 2001 but postponed due to US attacks against Afghanistan.  
    Rescheduled for March 29-April 6, 2003, still in Islamabad.  
    Afghanistan were invited for the tournament, Bhutan and India
    withdrew.
    The tournament was postponed again due to war against Iraq.  Pakistan
    have the organisation, which was offered to Sri Lanka for 2004, but
    they returned the honour, preferring to organise the 10th edition in 
    2005; the 9th edition was then rescheduled in Pakistan, from March 28 
    to April 6, 2004.  Bhutan and India now enter, but the Maldives
    withdrew.

    Tournament for U-23 teams; India enter with U-20 team.
