Level 4: Second League Division B - 59 teams - summer/fall transitional season

Group 3 (Center): 18 teams - 1 promotion spot
Group 4 (East): 9 teams - 1 promotion spot

AFL Far East: No championship currently
At the end of the season, the AFL Finals are played invloving regional champions
and runners-up. The regional champions and cup holders provided that they have
participated in AFL Finals are eligible for promotion to the Second League.
Level 6: Championships of Federal Subjects - spring/fall format
Most federal subjects of Russia have their own league systems.
Although there is no promotion from 6 to 5 level, any Level 6 club can apply
for AFL and be admitted if it obtains the appropriate license.
