The standard of teams is unclear. Malaysia apparently used a team of players who had not
appeared in the Merdeka Tournament in Malaysia immediately prior to this tournament in
Singapore. South Korea's team was the same squad from the Merdeka Tournament, and certainly
not their full national team.
All matches were played at the Jalan Besar Stadium.
