Triangular Tournament (Paramaribo) 1935

The Pará state selection, whose players presumably all came from clubs based in Belém, was also referred to as "Brazil". They would meet Surinam again in a triangular tournament in Cayenne four months later before paying a second visit to Paramaribo in September 1936, following a return visit to Belém by Surinam at the beginning of 1936.

Deportivo Venezuela, a club side from Caracas who had first visited Surinam in 1933, were referred to as "Venezuela" and the tournament as a "drielandentoernooi" although only the hosts, representing the S.V.B., were a national selection.

All matches played at the Cultuurtuin ground.
