Notes: the Soviet team was a selection of league players. Some sources reported it as Rotor
Volgograd, but although there were several Rotor players, there were also players from other clubs.
The Danish team was the "Ligalandshold", i.e. the domestic league national team, consisting
only of Danish players based at Danish clubs. The team was very similar to the Danish Olympic team,
except for the exclusion of a couple of foreign-based players, and so most sources reported it
as the Olympic team. None of their matches are full internationals for the DBU.
