Nepal and possibly Bangladesh were full national teams, the others 
were not.

The Denmark squad reportedly contained one world cup player in its 
team.

For several years FIFA listed all the matches as full internationals.
As of Septemer 2009, they list all the matches except those involving
Denmark.
