    participants, leading to the country's suspension from the Arab FA.

The championship was abandoned in May 2004; presumably none of the
missing matches was played.  The top-4 of all 4 groups were to qualify
for the second stage (to be played in (2?) groups followed by semifinals
and final, but this never took place.
