NB: Honduras did not show for the return fixture in San Pedro Sula;
    Vida withdrew for financial problems caused by the delay of the
    pentagonal due to World Cup qualifiers;
    eventually, the Federación Deportiva Extraescolar de Honduras
    decided to abandon the tournament on Mar 6, 1961, following the
    withdrawal of Honduras and Vida, and declared Olimpia champions.
