Dutch East Indies Trip of Duke of Wellington's Regiment 1928

The Duke of Wellington's Regiment were the strongest team in Singapore, winning the local league in 1926, 1927 and 1928. They were invited by Batavia club Hercules. Between the trips to Medan and Java they returned to Singapore. Apart from the eight football matches below, they also played a rugby match, losing 6-11 to Box on 20 April in Batavia. The two matches in Bandoeng were part of the silver jubilee celebrations of U.N.I.
