Svend Aage Remtoft KB 4 0 for Poul Nielsen Coach: No coach 30 Miscellaneous: Poul Nielsen now holds the record of most played internationals (33). Poul Nielsen left the ground right before half time due to a light injury. Supposedly to get fit during the break. However, Svend Aage Remtoft, did not realise this and ran onto the pitch and made the proper registration as a substitute with the referee, thereby making it impossible for Poul Nielsen to enter the game again. When Poul Nielsen was substituted, Fritz Tarp most likely took over as Captain. One source states an attendance of 23,500. This international inaugurates the Nordic Championships. For each match is stated who coached the team and the number of inter- nationals, each coach has been in charge including the actual international. Bookings (yellow and red cards) for Danish players are stated hereafter. Finally, the Miscellaneous is used for varia, discrepancies between sources and general, statistical information.
