Where a Captain has been substituted, there will be an explanatory remark under Miscellaneous. # indicates that the player in question is a debutant. * marks an anniversary (international No. 25, 50, 75, 100 or 125). Substitutions are mentioned right after the line-up. For each match is stated who coached the team and the number of inter- nationals, each coach has been in charge including the actual international. Bookings (yellow and red cards) for Danish players are stated hereafter. Finally, the Miscellaneous is used for varia, discrepancies between sources and general, statistical information.
