International tournaments in Cape Verde in 1985

The following two international football tournaments were played as part of the celebrations commemorating the 10th anniversary of the independence of Cape Verde in 1985.


Torneio Internacional de Futebol dos 'Cinco' (Cape Verde) 1985

The 'Cinco' are the five Portuguese-speaking African countries, known collectively as PALOP (Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa). This tournament was also referred to as Torneio Internacional de Futebol dos PALOP.

Played at Estádio da Várzea, Praia.
