Tournament for countries from Central American and the Caribbean. It comprises various sports; from 1926 to 1935 it was called Central American Sports Games and from 1938 onwards Central American and Caribbean Sports Games.
The tournament is held every four years. The football tournament was U-23 in 1990, U-20 in 1993 and 1998. The 1926 edition was apparently not official. The 2010 edition was cancelled by CONCACAF which considered the venues not up to scratch; however, a women's football tournament was held for the first time.
