Championnat National 2002 On April 18, the 8 clubs boycotted the start of the championship, demanding compensation for playing at other venues with the reconstruction work on the Stade Boganda preventing it from being used. On May 14, the league was started after the compensation was granted. Round 1 [May 24] Anges de Fatima awd ASOPT [Anges forfeited the match; their technical director has disappeared, taking the players' licenses] In October the federation decided to annul the championship, following a boycott by Tempête Mocaf against an imposed sanction. A new, group-based championship was to be held in 2002/03, starting October 24, 2002, but postponed until February 2003.
