    NB: apparently unrelated to ASEAN Club Championship 2003;
        at the time the tournament was played, it was not clear it would determine
        the teams qualifying for the final stage of the Asian Champions' Cup;
        after the tournament, Yanita Utama were disbanded at the beginning of 1985
        and its players joined newly founded Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian (Palembang),
        who were allowed to take the place of Yanita Utama in the final tournament,
        possibly helped by the fact that they had meanwhile won the Indonesian league.
