Note: Played at ground of Ilford FC; attendance reported as 14,000;
      the FLF listed their scorer as Schammel and the outside left as Victor Braas, but
      all contemporary match reports (in the Luxemburger Wort, Het Parool (Netherlands)
      and various English papers) asserted that the goal was scored by Kettel from an
      assist by outside left Luciani, who played instead of Braas.
