On only one occasion were double digits reached in the final tournament of the World Cup. In 1982, in a first round group match:
1982, first phase Group III Hungary 10-1 El SalvadorBoth teams failed to progress from the group which also included Argentina and Belgium.
In the qualifying tournaments, it happened more often.
In Asian 2002 World Cup qualifying, Iran beat its own record (17-0 over the Maldives from 1998 qualifying) by an emphatic win over Guam. However, Oceania couldn't stand back, and Australia improved with a 22-0 over Tonga, and proved conclusively against American Samoa why the OFC do not deserve a full qualifying place: 31-0. American Samoa so far suffered six defeats in double digits in three different qualifying tournaments (2002, 2006 and 2010). In Europe, San Marino also suffered double digit drubbings in three different qualifying tournaments, those for the World Cups in 1994 (0-10 in Norway), 2002 (1-10 in Belgium) and 2010 (0-10 in Poland).

Note that only amateur players were allowed until 1980, and afterwards age restrictions were made, so that not all of the below count as official A-internationals. The Philippines have been a particular welcome source for double digit wins (9 in all) while South Korea and Sweden have both lost and won by 10 goals difference.

Double digits were never reached in the final phase of any European Championship; it happened four times during the qualifying stages. At the first occasion, it was surely no coincidence that Spain needed a win by an eleven-goal margin to reach the 1984 final tournament.
1984, Group 7 Spain 12-1 Malta 1996, Group 1 France 10-0 Azerbaijan 2008, Group D San Marino 0-13 Germany 2012, Group E Netherlands 11-0 San Marino
Ireland conceded double digit losses on four occasions in the British Home Championship. Note that all of them happened before the split of the island and at the time, the strongest clubs and players were home in Belfast, in current Northern Ireland.
1888 Wales 11-0 Ireland Ireland 2-10 Scotland 1899 England 13-2 Ireland 1901 Scotland 11-0 Ireland
Double digits were never reached in the final phase of any Asian Cup; it happened nine times during the qualifying stages. Kuwait's 20-0 over Bhutan was a record for a continental championship. (It is however not a full FIFA international as Bhutan was not yet affiliated with FIFA at the time, only with AFC.)

That did not prevent a double digit score to occur. 2006, AFC Challenge Cup, Group C (in Dhaka) Palestine 11-0 Guam

Thanks to the regionalised qualifying, double digits scores are rare in CONCACAF tournaments; Nicaragua suffered three in the former Central American championships and nowadays some of the newer Caribbean participants (the US Virgin Islands in particular) occasionally succumb. No double digit scores have occurred in the final tournaments (either the old CONCACAF Championship or the contemporary Gold Cup):
CCCF Championship 1943 El Salvador 10-1 Nicaragua CCCF Championship 1946 Honduras 10-0 Nicaragua CCCF Championship 1961 El Salvador 10-2 Nicaragua Shell Caribbean Cup 1995 (Qualifier Gold Cup 1996) Montserrat 0-11 Saint Vincent/Grenadines Copa Caribe 2001 (Qualifier Gold Cup 2002) Haiti 12-1 US Virgin Islands Guadeloupe 11-0 US Virgin Islands Saint Lucia 14-1 US Virgin Islands Copa UNCAF 2001 (Qualifier Gold Cup 2002) Honduras 10-2 Nicaragua Copa Caribe 2004 (Qualifier Gold Cup 2005) Haiti 11-0 US Virgin Islands Jamaica 12-0 Saint-Martin Jamaica 11-1 US Virgin Islands Caribbean Cup 2010 (Qualifier Gold Cup 2011) Dominican Rep. 17-0 British Virgin Islands Dominica 10-0 British Virgin Islands CONCACAF Nations League 2020 Cuba 11-0 Turks and Caicos Islands Haiti 13-0 Sint Maarten Curacao 10-0 Grenada Bermuda 12-0 Sint Maarten Saint-Martin 0-10 Saint Kitts/Nevis Guatemala 10-0 Anguilla Guadeloupe 10-0 Turks and Caicos Islands
Double digits have of course frequently occurred in other tournaments and friendlies. Until the Australia vs Tonga World Cup 2002 qualifier, the highest score between two full international sides occurred in the 1966 Arab Cup, played in Iraq:
Libya 21-0 OmanThis match was abandoned with 10 minutes left to play when Oman walked off contesting the award of a penalty to Libya!
In the South Pacific Games of 1971, played in Tahiti, a higher score occurred, but the match did not involve full sides of regular FIFA members:
Tahiti 30-0 Cook IslandsEven this 'record' is now obsolete thanks to American Samoa's participation in the World Cup.
The highest margin of victory in a senior international women's match is 21-0, which as far as known has been reached on 4 occasions, all in World Cup Qualifiers:
5-12-97 Japan 21-0 Guam [also Asian Cup] 28- 8-98 Canada 21-0 Puerto Rico 9-10-98 New Zealand 21-0 Samoa [also Oceanian Championship] 9-10-98 Australia 21-0 Western Samoa [also Oceanian Championship]

Double digits were reached on only one occasion in the Copa Libertadores (and never in any other South American club tournament). In a group match in 1970:
Peñarol 11-2 Valencia
Some trivia: the only clubs to have reached double figures more than once in European competition are Liverpool (3 times), Ajax and Feyenoord (both twice). No fewer than 6 different English and 5 different Dutch clubs have reached double figures at least once, for in total 8 and 7 times, respectively.
The only clubs to have conceded double figures more than once are are APOEL Nicosia (on 3 occasions, all in the CWC), Anorthosis Famagusta, Floriana, KR (Reykjavík), Red Boys Differdange and Reipas Lahti, all twice. No fewer than 5 different Cypriotic clubs (for in total 8 times) and 4 different clubs from Luxembourg and Malta (on 5 occasions in total) have been destroyed in this manner.
The only club to have both reached and conceded double figures in European competition is Anderlecht.
For a full overview of all occasions double digits were reached in the European Cups, check here.
Here, additionally, all four occasions of double digits in the Intertoto Cup (note that in 1969 this was not a UEFA-organised competition):
